Sentinela — Personal security auditor

See what starts, persists and connects on your computer, and what changed since last time

Sentinela checks in minutes the places where malware hides: startup programs, scheduled tasks, services, drivers, browser extensions, network connections and accounts. Every finding comes with a plain-language explanation, a risk level and a suggested action. It complements Microsoft Defender (it does not replace it) and everything is analyzed on your machine. The interface is in Spanish.

What changed since the last scan

New things are what give an intrusion away: a program that started launching itself, a task that appeared, one more administrator account. Sentinela compares each scan with the previous one (or with your "clean machine" baseline) and shows you only what is new.

Reputation and YARA rules

File hashes are checked on VirusTotal and MalwareBazaar, and remote IPs on AbuseIPDB, using your own free keys stored encrypted. Files are never uploaded: only hashes and public IPs. The full scan adds local YARA rules.

Reversible remediation

Disable a startup entry, task or extension, or quarantine a file, always with confirmation and a backup. Every action can be undone from the history.

Daily scan, and for Mac too

A scheduled task scans your PC every day and shows a notification if something important appears or Defender was turned off. On macOS it checks LaunchAgents, LaunchDaemons, SIP, Gatekeeper, FileVault, profiles and system extensions.
